Chance & Suggestions for other schools

This is me:

Cumulative high school gpa so far: 3.7
I was a depressed semi-delinquent my freshman and sophomore years and usually made mid/high 80s for grades.
Junior year gpa: 4.0 (I got my life back on track and have Academic Excellence!)
AP Euro: 4 (my bad years)
APUSH: 4 ( " " " )
AP Language and Composition: 5
This year- my senior year- I'm taking AP Bio, AP Literature and Comp, and AP Calc. I will have taken all the APs my school offers, and since I'm going to work at them, I expect 5s.
ACT: 31 (I'm retaking it in September)
SAT: 750 Reading, 610 Math (uh-oh!), 730 Writing. Should I retake?
SAT IIs haven't been taken yet, but I'm expecting a 650+ in Mathematics 1, a 750+ in Literature, and a 700+ in Biology E.
I can get excellent recommendations, especially from the adults who have known me all along and witnessed my personal renaissance firsthand.
My essays will be stupendous.
ECs:
Chamber Choir
Instrumental NYSSMA, All-State level: 96
Vocal NYSSMA, All-State level: 97
Jazz Band
Marching Band

Drama Club (President)
Participation in a speaking contest
I'm also a member of the Tri-M honor society, and was selected to play at this year's induction ceremony.

My dream is to go to Cornell, into Human Ecology. But I don't think they want someone with a sketchy, academically mediocre past like mine. Chance me please, and give me some other suggestions for prestigious, or at least rigorous, colleges that might want me.

I’m also thinking about applying ED, if that’s wise.

Can someone please give me some feedback?

*I forgot, I was also Section Leader in Marching Band. I’m not really sure what kinds of things matter to the college, though.

Well, don’t take this the wrong way, but I don’t see any passion. If you plan on attending the school of Human Ecology, where is the passion for that. Obviously you love the arts (which does demonstrate passion), and you probably had to take it easy simply to get things straightened out in your life, but if you really want to study HumEco, I’d recommend you demonstrate that. Otherwise, your stats are decent, not exceptional for Cornell, but right in the middle. Unless you have a really good way of demonstrating it, avoid talking about your personal issues in your essay. A good guideline I was given is avoid the 4 D’s in essay writing. Disease (including depression), death, divorce, & drugs. Like I said, if you can sell it, go for it, but if not, avoid it at all costs.

Okay, thanks :)
