I moved from Oregon to California my freshmen/sophmore transition year. Its why my grades arnt to Jolly.</p>
<p>I would say USC and Northwestern and others should be on par with what you should be applying to. As for the Ivies like Brown or a ultra demanding school like Caltech, you may want to reconsider. (Possibly study real hard for the November SAT or ACT and get almost Full score?) Either way, you’re a great student already, good luck.</p>
<p>edit: It’s definitely going to be hard applying to USC, you gotta make your essay really outstanding.</p>
<p>I encourange you to focus on UCs such as UC Riverside, UC Merced, and UC Irvine etc. My daughter’s friend with weighted 3.4 GPA did not even get into UC Mercid’s Biology major. Therefore, you may want to try for undecided.</p>
<p>uhhh yeah idk that you’ll make nwern, berkeley, or brown, but i think you might make the UC’s? try to make good grades and consider retaking SATs :D</p>
<p>My guess is you’ll be at UCI this time next year. I’d add some more mid tier UCs because given cuts in enrollment and a slightly low UC GPA for the mid UCs, they can’t be considered safe.</p>
