+1 for username and awesomely organized resume
haha

I don’t see any holes in your app…normally you can spot a few places where the applicant needs to improve, but I don’t see that so much in your app. Grades, check. Rigor, check. Standardized test scores, check (well should be…2270 is still a great score even if you can’t get it +2300)

This is one thing that I would NOT include if I were you
I “tutor” my friends too…everyone does and it looks like resume padding IMO unless you’ve been a paid tutor or are working with an official organization (our school has the “Tutoring Group” with offices etc.) but, again, that’s just my opinion.

I’m not going to go through all the schools you’ve listed because you have about an equal chance of admittance in to all of them (minus university of hawaii and the UCs…both of which you should receive admittance if everything goes as planned)…at all the rest I would say that you have a great chance :). Good luck from a fellow junior and if you could chance me back that would be great

(I have decided that I will continued to move onto Senior year as planned, so more chancing than answering that question if you don’t mind…thank you!)

Oh one last tip, focus on that chess…or something else important to you…it helps to have that focus for essay purposes, for achievement purposes, and for self-improvement purposes.

And Merry Christmas to you too :D
