please any comments?

well it is going to be a stretch for UCLA.

3.4… you sound like you’re in a similar boat to what I’m in, fixing a few classes will bring me to a 3.4 but I won’t have a 3.6-3.7 until the end of Spring. With TAP that’s still a stretch (you ARE also in TAP as well, correct?) but what I’m thinking is try to appeal with something convincing and that might raise your chances. That’s what I plan to do.

yeah i understand UCLA would be a stretch for me, but what about UCI and UCSB? Do I look good for those?

as far as i know, UCLA doen’t allow us to choose impacted majors as alt major

I’m pretty sure you’re in at UCI even through you’ll be taking English 2 in the Spring. A 3.40 is within the range for admitted students. Also, your major doesn’t require the completed of pre-reqs prior to transfering.

Even though UCI doesn’t technically accept TAP, if you’re TAP you’re essentially in. Anyway that’s what my Honors Coordinator said. She said some time before the decisions are made she’ll get a call from UCI and they’ll ask her about the current crop of TAP students at the CCC and that she’d put in a good word for me. Your school might be similar
