<p>I agree with ses, but UPenn being a far reach. Swarthmore's legacy makes it a low reach/high match.</p>
<p>As for suggestions:
Johns Hopkins - Baltimore, 5000ish undergrads, premed is very popular and other strong programs if you change your mind. Reach
Wash U- St. Louis, under 10000 undergrads, all around strong school, reach.
University of Rochester - Rochester, 5000ish undergrads, solid school all around, match.</p>
<p>As for a safety, a lesser (than UVa) state school.</p>
