chance thread-conflicting scores

does this ACT score conflict with my SAT2 scores
ACT composite: 30
english:30
math:35
reading: 31
science: **25

SAT 2 Bio: 790
Chem: 790
IIC: 790**

gpa: 4.0 unweighted/ 4.4 weighted

i have good extra curricular relating with medicine, but my main concern are the test scores

bump...any thoughts

Because the tests are designed differently, one could actually expect different levels of scores. I wouldn't be concerned about the scores at all. Your SATIIs demonstrate your grasp of specific information versus the ACT science that is more general.

Good luck!

ACT science has nothing to do with sceince really..
it just measures how well you can reason and figure things out from information your given
The SAT2s actually measure your skills in science

Although the ACT is more specific knowledge than the SAT I

Did you take regular SATs . If so I would use them and SAT IIs. Great scores on the SAT2s!

i took sat on November. so i have to wait

I just got the new sat scores
CR:740
Math: 800
WR: 760

Total: 2300

how is my new chance

Based on your scores alone, I would consider you a strong candidate; however, the Admissions Office will look at the big picture including your ECs, essays, and recommendations, and not just your scores.

Great job on your GPA, SAT and SAT Subject Tests - I would definitely send in your new SAT scores rather than your ACT. The science score has the potential to raise doubts especially since your academic interests seem to lie in the sciences, and your 2300 SAT is better than the 30 ACT composite anyway. However, Little Mother is absolutely correct - your grades and test scores are very strong but it's the big picture that matters. Good luck!

Great scores! Your numbers fit so concentrate on your essay. It will come down to your fit for the school now ,so best of luck!!!

thank you for your inputs and im working hard to improve my essay.

o no i havent signed up for interviews yet. well it still be too late to sign for one

You won't know until you contact the Admissions Office ASAP!

Little Mother, what do i do. i called them and they ran out of space for interviews. well this affect my admission

Don't panic. Not having an interview will not adversely affect your application. There are lots of students who were accepted without interviews. Just work hard on your essay.

Good luck!
