<p>I live in Canada and I’d say you don’t have to worry much about McGill.
Even the best universities in Canada have very high admission rates, it’s just they have high drop out rates too.
Anyway if you went to a Canadian school as long as you have a percent average of 90 or above in your senior year courses you can pretty much walk in any top university (unless you are applying to exceptionally prestigious programs). They really don’t look at your ECs either. So I think you can actually use McGill as your safe.</p>
