It looks like you have a good shot.
NYU - You should get in
Cornell - Probably not. To increase your chances you would want to score higher on the CR section of the SAT as Cornell does not take writing into acount. (It’s my top choice)
Johns Hopkins - It comes down to chance
Penn State - Should be no problem

What can your family afford?
Are you first gen?

“chances”, to be realistic, need to take into account academic but also financial elements of the application…

If you’re in-state: Penn State UP, safety. If you’re OOS, only if your family can pay $50,000. (You only get $5,500 in loans and potentially $2,000 in work study, plus $4,000 from Shreyer if you apply and qualify, which you should if you raise that SAT score).
NYU: match but lousy financial aid so it depends how much you need.
Cornell, JHU: reach. Your CR score will really hurt you.

What other schools are you applying to?

For premed, Dickinson would be good and a match, Juniata has remarkable success relative to its admission rate and is a safety for you.
