Penn State "applying early decision"
RIT
University of Michigan: Ann Arbor
University of Maryland: Baltimore County

ALSO!
How much would my chances improve if I got a 1740? I took a few practice SATs after studying for a bit, and am getting about that score on average

Oh yeah, Penn State: University Park if that was confusing.

Really wouldn’t need chancing to the other satellite ones.

they all sound like maybe a match… an improved SAT would REALLY help with this though.
Mind checking my thread?

Well first off Penn State DOES NOT have early decision. They do however have a priority deadline in November and admissions is rolling.

Penn State: You have a shot since you are in state but that SAT score will most likely gain you acceptance at a regional campus rather than University Park.(Definitely retake if you have a chance).

RIT: You have a decent shot at RIT, your SAT scores are around or slightly below the 25th percentile. It is definitely possible but if you received that 1740 you will have a great chance at non engineering.

UMBC: Same as RIT

UMich: This especially since you are oos will be a HUGE REACH with your GPA and SAT Score. Even if you do get a 1740 it will be a bigger reach than Penn State.
