Applying to: DUKE, EMORY, WASHU, UScalifornia, Notre Dame, Pomona, Wake forest
CHANCES PLEASE?

I'd guess in at all. Only thing you lack is leadership, but being a URM would make up for that. Where did you go abroad?

Pomona/Duke/WashU: Slight Reach/Reach (URM status accounted for, but SAT is weak as are SAT IIs and, to a lesser degree, GPA)
Emory/Notre Dame: Slight Reach/High Match
USCalifornia=UCBerkeley?: High Match (would depend on whether OOS or not of course)
Wake: Match

I would watch out for being top heavy with your schools. You clearly have a great shot at all of them, but you don't want to be the 1 in a million that gets rejected from all of them. Not to say you will, but I hope you have some safeties ready.
