Chance: Williams College, RD

So I have my heart set on Williams College, but my parents won't let me apply ED because we're too wealthy to get much financial aid and too poor to comprehensively pay tuition and they want me to "keep my options open". I'm probably going to apply EA to either MIT or Yale.
Could you guys let me know what you think for Williams, MIT, and Yale and whether you think applying ED to Williams is really a no-brainer for me? Thanks!

AP:

My unweighted average is 91%; Freshman year I struggled with ADHD and had an 86% average; Sophomore and Junior years I had 93% averages.

I do a ton of extracurriculars, but none very seriously or well. My ECs:
Speech & Debate
Brain Bee (1st place, school-wide; 6th place, regionally)
Central Maryland Physics Olympics (13th place)
School Church Choir & A Cappella Choir
Philosophy Club
Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout application pending)
Swimming, Cross Country, Track (all Varsity, but not nearly best on the team or anything)
I play piano, French horn, trombone, and tuba, and I taught myself almost all of the other wind instruments. I don't play any of them amazingly.

I have never had a job or an internship, but I spend my summers tutoring children in rural Kenya in English and writing skills. I grew up in Kenya.

Other:
I have a few generations of legacy at Harvard but don't really want to go there. My mum thinks I should apply Restrictive EA to Harvard(???)
I go to Georgetown Prep, an all-boys private Catholic school, and for some reason Williams doesn't like to admit people from Prep.
I plan on double-majoring in Math/Statistics & Philosophy/Linguistics.

I will chance you back :)

It’s a reach (but it is for almost everybody).
If you have multiple legacy going at Harvard, well you might want to think abou there…
