GPA: Weighted 3.9 (significant upward trend 3.5 sophomore year and 4.1 Junior Year)

Notable Activities: Varsity Swim Captain (4 year team member), Vice President of DECA (National Finalist in my event), Eagle Scout, Volunteered 100+ hours through my church, 8 year member of summer swim and dive (junior coach)

Essay: Very Good
Teacher Recs: Very close with teachers so would assume good recs
Counselor Rec: Good
Hook: Double Legacy (Both my parents went to Duke and donate close to 1000 dollars per year)

I think you have a decent shot. Your ACT is a bit on the low side, but sometimes they might overlook in case of your parents involvement. Good luck.
