Took 2 languages total in high school (3 years french, 1 year spanish) and mentioned in essay that I'm planning on learning Japanese and Arabic in college.</p>
<p>to chance you: From my prior knowledge (which may be fallible), I would think that UCSD would be match for you, but I don’t know about bio majors, because they’re impacted + super competitive and all…someone enlighten me?</p>
<p>Well, don’t they choose you for the school then just put you in your second choice major? So do you think that I can get into the school but just not the intended major I chose?</p>
<p>^It is possible. I know numerous people, who are either Human Development or Biochemistry (emphasis on chem) majors who are now trying to switch into the bio major that they were not placed into.</p>
<p>Your GPA is far more important than your SAT. Off your GPA and your EC’s you’re in good shape, and your SAT score is very close to the average so don’t fret.</p>
