Chance?

Hello! I was wondering if I have a chance. I am currently a junior.

Grades:
-GPA is about a 3.9. My school is really strict in terms of grading. Would colleges take that into consideration?
-SATs: I am taking it in December but on practice tests my average is about 2150.
-SAT IIs: Math 2 800, Chemistry 730, Chinese 800. I am planning on retaking Chemistry and I will also be taking Spanish and US History.
-APs: European History as a sophomore. I am currently taking American History, BC Calculus, and Physics C (Mechanics). I also might take the Chemistry and Chinese exams (but not the courses). Next year I will be taking Psychology, Spanish, Statistics, and Biology.
-Regents scores are okay…

Extracurriculars:
-co-founder and co-president of a fundraising/charity club
-private tutor
-editor in chief of Chinese school newspaper
-valedictorian of Chinese school graduating class
-editor of school literary magazine
-200+ hours of community service
-tennis team
-I play the violin and competed in NYSSMA. I was also in Area All State (orchestra) and was principal second for one year and a first violin for another year.
-chamber orchestra
-I also play the piano and I was an alternate for All State piano as a sophomore.
-gold awards for piano auditions

Do I have a chance? This is one of my dream schools. I want to find something that makes me stand out but I don’t know what.

Also, I have a legacy and a somewhat personal story with Brown. Would that help?

Thank you!
