I know these chance threads are not the best indicators for acceptance into a university, but still I would like to know your thoughts.

Rank: just in the top 10%
freshman year: mostly honors no aps
sophmore year: all honors & ap world (5 on exam)
Junior year: ap euro, ap psych, apush, ap lang rest honors; received A’s in all aps 1st semester
senior year: will be taking 5 aps (lit, gov, stat, human, physics) honors law and french IV honors
My test scores are what worry me. I just took the ACT and did poorly on it (24) and I took the SAT in the beginning of Junior year (1740) I have studied all year and plan on taking it in June. However, if my scores do not improve much would this significantly hurt my chances? I have a good work ethic in school, but my test scores do not represent that.

9th: volunteered all summer at a nursing home
10th: 10th grade key club representative, jv flag football, french club
11th: NHS, YMCA teen leader, organized high school research team to solve problems in community
