<p>oh hey, i'm new. I want to get your opinions on my chances on being accepted to BC for the 2007 year.</p>

<p>white middleclass female junior at a public high school in upstate New York.
SAT I: math:660, CR: 680, writing:600 < retaking
ACT: 33 *sending this score only probably
SAT II's: took chem and US history, no results yet
AP us history: expect a 4
GPA: 3.7 on a 4.0 scale unweighted.
rank: unknown... top 10% i believe</p>

<p>as of junior year
honors courses: 8 ish?
AP courses: 1 (there was only one offered)</p>

<p>Senior year schedule:

Wind Ensemble

Participation in Government/ Honors Economics</p>

<p>EC's: will all continue through year 12
crew (rowing) team-3seaons per year: 9,10,11,12

Science Olympidad: 11,12
Future business leaders of america: 11, 12
Job: 15 hours per week: 11, 12
Brown University study "abroad" in hawaii leadership program: 11
NYSMA majors: 11,12 ( instrumental competition)
Volunteer at Childrens Museum: >200 hours 11, 12
published poet
Interact club: 9,10
School newspaper 9,10</p>

<p>other things: i plan to be a part of the crew team in college, i have traveled to a lot of places, plan to major in environmental sciences</p>

<p>If you're interested in crew contact the coaches at the various schools. BC, Lehigh, UConn and BU all have good crew programs.</p>

<p>I think you have a good chance at UConn, BU. Upstate New York science olympiad? I'm on Vestal's science olympiad team. Where do you go?</p>

<p>NYU/Lehigh- Within reach, I would even take a stab at aiming a little higher. I'll predict you'll get into one of these two.</p>

<p>BC- Match</p>

<p>BU/UConn/Villanova/Providence- Safety. You'll get into all four.</p>

<p>Lehigh-Match. Very good chance.</p>
