very large reach... ur sat and gpa r low and theres nothing really special about ur ecs

You any good at golf? But anyways, same thing we me I got a low SAT score. I think the key for you to get in is to really focus on your essay's. Without having legacy or applying ed you are making it tough on yourself. To make up for your SAT's and grades (which are still good) you have to make yourself stand out in a good way. The only way to do that is by making your essay's amazing, but it sounds like you already submitted everything, so just hope for the best.
BTW your extra curricular activies are nothing to be ashamed of, everyone on this site is so harsh.

ill say what i usually say: make sure you can convey your personality to them, either through your essays, or through an interview. i am no pro at penn admissions mind you, but i know that even though i applied as an ED legacy, i still put a LOT of effort into conveying my personal qualities through my essay and my legacy interview. and honestly, i think that is going to help out my decision a LOT. if you havnt submitted your app yet, try to focus your essays on conveying yourself to the admissions committee. in my mind, they are looking for someone interesting. thats why you hear about the 4.0, 2400 kids getting rejected. because they arent interesting. make yourself sound interesting and you have as good a shot as anyone :)
