Hey!
I am a student from Singapore thinking of applying to US universities. Anyone out there to help me evaluate my chance?

Hope you can give me honest suggestions on whether I stand a fair chance.
Also, is there any school you wanna recomemnd to me?
Thanks a lot! =)

You'd be a competitive applicant at any US college with your stats. You need to do some research to see which colleges would be a good fit. Of the schools on your list, Wellesley and Carleton are LACs, the rest are universities. U Chicago has a different atmosphere from the others. You also need to consider whether you need financial aid. If you do, you need to consider which colleges are need-blind for internationals and whether you need to apply to some less selective colleges.

I heard rumours abt the distinct atmosphere in U chicago. How is it really like?

See, you need to research that before you apply.

UChicago is notorious for a very intellectual student body. They would rather drink wine and eat cheese and discuss Kant than play sports or party. Some people think that UChicago is where fun goes to die. But the kids who go there love the atmosphere.

how much aid do you need?

Not aksing for FA.
