<p>As you may have guessed, academic is not my strong point.
My EC is average.
I did not participate in any sports.
Instead, I was actively involved in participating
in clubs and had a lots of different things on my mind.
(Moved school in 9th grade, family hardship in 10th grade, visa mishaps that nearly kicked me out of the country in 11th. Every year something happens. But I did not mention them in my apps. I do not even come close to being qualified to whine before the omnipotent admission staff folks who can probably recall an applicant in much worse situation than myself and I do not wish to appear as such. So I will just whine before you guys :P)
Rec. Letters are great. (But not phenomenal.)
Essays are great. (Again, not phenomenal. Perhaps personal and honest.)</p>
<p>Although Cornell is my only choice, I've put down some colleges that I'd have applied to had not Queen Cornellia caught me in a mersmerizing gaze.</p>
