Anyone can give me some input ??

Pomona is super competitive – you can be the best of the best and still get rejected flat-out. Since you’re male, though, you might have a tiny advantage – Pomona keeps its male to female percentages right at 50-50, and [many] more females apply than males. If you live out of CA, you’ll probably have an advantage, too. (They’re all about diversity.)

Make sure your application essay really stands out – Pomona’s huge into writing, and they don’t want to read the same old stuff over and over again. I got waitlisted this year, and I think what kept them from rejecting me flat out was my essay (it was unusual, to say the least.)

Pomona’s strong in all it’s departments. So you’re still a junior, right? Just CHILL OUT. You still have time to be freaking out next year, not now.
