My freshman grades really killed me. My class rank sucks because of those and because its a competitive private school with entrance exam.</p>

<p>I have similar stats to you - 2300 on the SAT (1580 on M/CR, which is all Williams looks at), 3.7 UW GPA at a tough private school, and I was deferred ED. So… small chance. Your GPA is too low.</p>

<p>They look at the Writing section as well…the stats for the Writing part of the SAT is on their website and their admissions officers say the same thing…everything counts. You should do your research ^_^</p>
