ECs-Kinda weak. I've done a lot of skill development stuff and some basic entrepreneuring but nothing really organized or nationally known.

My school is very poor and sends 1-3 students to top 20s each year. 85% nonwhite.
Rec1-Confirms ECs, not too personal
Rec2-Entirely about me as a person/student (didn't even give him stats/ecs)
Both english teachers Junior/Senior

My essay focused on my rare/seriously f'd up childhood. Supplement's were on point, I found some great guides on it and was ultraspecific.

UChicago (lol)
Northwestern
Emory
Vanderbilt
Cornell
UCLA
UCB
U Florida

Thanks in advance

U Chicago: High match (how strong are your supplemental essays?)
NWU: High match
Emory: Low match
Vanderbilt: Match
Cornell: High match
UCLA: Match
Berkeley: Match
UF: Low match (UF has NO admissions logic)

Lower is better no? I poured my heart into the UChicago creative essay. I don’t know if I have any value as a fiction writer but it was a unique concept.

My cornell one was probably too schizophrenic though.
