Hope you get in because if you don’t I doubt I’m getting in! I think you have a good shot! Good GPA, Good SATs! Hook! Seems like you can get in! Are you going to apply early decision?!

yes i plan on applying ed but i fear my stats are not up to par

The ED acceptance rate is close to 50%. So that starts you out with an advantage. 3 Varsity sports can’t look bad and 3 club presidencys show leadership. You are an immigrant and bilingual which could I connect to being a URM or an international student? I don’t think there is much need to retake the SAT… Wake’s average SAT is in the 600s for all three and is SAT optional. I have a 1350/1970 and I’m fine with it and planning to report. Your GPA might be slightly low for WFU standards, but what would I know, I’m in your boat also preparing to apply ED. I just think you are a good bet for WFU! Good luck! Maybe we’ll both be at WFU in a year! Go Deacs!

thanks for the input. i just hope a few low grades in difficult courses dont kill me in the end.

Wake is amazing for medical students. Theyve got one of the nation’s top hospitals incredibly close by and the medical research is phenomenal. You could easily end up being the best doctor ever.

any other ways to improve my chances?
