Hello! I'm a junior in high school who hopes to attend NYU for my undergraduate degree. I will provide my current stats but have not taken the SAT or ACT yet, but I will take them later this year. I would really appreciate any advice on what scores I should receive on these standardized tests. Also, I would appreciate feedback on if I am taking the correct approach to becoming accepted into this school.

I really enjoy languages and have taken different languages offered at my school. I have taken Latin since the 6th grade and will have taken Latin II-AP Latin during my time in high school. By sophomore year I was taking Latin III and French I. I unfortunately was not able to continue with French because of scheduling conflicts so I am currently enrolled in Latin IV and German I for junior year. This summer I am going to study German, so by senior year I will skip a level of German and will go into German III. I will also add on French again, so by senior year I will be taking AP Latin, German III, and French II concurrently. I have began to study Arabic online and will purchase Rosetta Stone to gain some proficiency in it prior to college.

Thank you so much for those of you who read through all my information! What do you guys think would be a good range to reach for my SATs, ACT, and SAT 2s for NYU? Do you think I have any potential for NYU or I am just wasting my time? Also, if there are any other schools besides NYU you think may be good for me please let me know. Thanks again!!
