I plan on re-taking my SATs in November, so hopefully they will be higher.

I am unsure of my current GPA, but it is somewhere around a 3.0. I was awarded with an academic star, and I have been on the football team from grades 9-12. I know a lot about computers, and I want to study something involving computers such as computer science, engineering or something of the sort.

I also made this post under the VCU forum, but it looks like not many people look there..

Celtik, go to your family physician and ask for a script for a blood test. If they find some, you're in. I taught there for 20 years, they take everybody.

Haha thanks for the replies..I heard that it was easy, however, I was under the impression the computer science program was kind of hard to get into..I am also going to apply so some other VA schools. I am not sure of which ones yet though.

Try applying to VTech. It is much reputation that VCU, and your chances are still very good. However, UVA, I am not so sure about your chances their. It is a crapshoot their.

Well, I was denied from CNU, however, I got into VCU so I am fine. I didn't plan on going to CNU that much anyways. I also am waiting to hear back from a few other schools.
