Chances/Advice~PLEASE HELP

Okay, so I am a hispanic female with many academic credentials. I am already sure of a couple schools I will be applying to but I still need input on which others would be right for me. I am a Florida resident

Here are my credentials from the end of my junior year of high school:
*Unweighted GPA: 3.97
*Weighted GPA: 4.89
*ACT Composite: 31
*SAT combined (january): 1990
*SAT combined (june): STILL WAITING, WILL UPDATE ONCE I GET SCORE (SHOULD GO UP)

*APs so far: ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE, BIOLOGY, SPANISH LANGUAGE, SPANISH LITERATURE, PSYCHOLOGY, ENGLISH LANGUAGE

APs to take senior year: CHEMISTRY, GOVERNMENT, ENGLISH LITERATURE, AB CALCULUS, AND PROB & STAT

*The rest of the classes are all honors
*Part of the medical academy at school for the past three years
*If I get straight A's next year, I should graduate with a weighted GPA of 5.33

Extracurriculars:
*Marching band (color guard): 2 years
*Key Club: 3 years
*Student Government: 3 years
*National Honor Society: 2 years

Achievements:
*AP Scholar with distinction
*Questbridge College Prep Scholar
*Academic letter all four years
*Medical Camp 2012

I am not sure what I would like to major in yet, but I am sure I want to hop onto a premedical track. I was thinking as a major I would go into chemistry or business administration but I am not sure what would be best. I want to go into health care administration and I know many schools offer joint MD/MBA degrees and I'm not sure what the best majors would be for this or whether it matters. I thought business admin might give me more of a leeway, I need advice though on other worthwhile colleges where I could pursue this!

So far I have:
*University of Miami (top choice-good school and close to home)
*University of Florida (my bottom choice, but its cheap & I could get a full ride)
*University of Chicago
*Northwestern University
*Cornell University

**I will be applying through the Questbridge College Match program, so I need to rank some of their partner schools and all I have so far is (U of Chicago and Northwestern)
**Can I please get info on my chances of getting in, given my SAT goes past 2000 and my GPA remains high. Any other advice would be highly appreciated also!

You need to bring your SAT & ACT score up 10% for U Chicago, Northwestern, and perhaps even Cornell.

I think your current ACT score is better than your current SAT. I could be wrong.
Here’s what I think, given current stats and that ACT:
University of Miami - match/high match
U Florida - safety
University of Chicago - reach
Northwestern - reach
Cornell - low reach/reach

I definitely think I did better on my SATs, the ones taken in June. I also plan to take two SAT subject tests in September or the soonest time possible. Can anyone give me suggestions of other schools I should look into for what I want to do, because I do not want to sell myself short. I have tried extremely hard throughout my academic career.

Where is your home state and what is your intended major?

I live in FL and I was thinking of majoring in either Chemistry or Business Admin (most likely business admin) but following a premed track. I want to go on to graduate school for a dual md/mba degree…

I am also considering

*USC
*Pepperdine
*UCLA

any chance for me there?
