Chances/Advice?

Alright, I've come to the conclusion that I want to become a nurse. I live in Wisconsin now but am open to going to college anywhere, preferably close to a city or the ocean though. So far, I am applying to University of Minnesota, University of Wisconsin, and the University of Michigan. Can anyone tell me my chances of getting into these schools, or recommend any other ones if my profile consists of:

27 ACT, 31 on the Reading part, 9 on Writing

3.34 GPA (however, I am re-taking the class I got a C- and D in so they will be erased off my transcript. my guidance counselor will be sending a letter explaining that)

Cross Country all 4 years, soccer, track, skiing

Yearbook club, Junior Class Board, Character Education, prom committee

Lots of volunteering!

Wisconsin and Minnesota you’re probably in. Wisconsin especially, since you’re in-state.

But Michigan, I don’t think so. I had a few friends who applied to Michigan (two in Nursing, one in Business, one in Music) and they are all out-of-state, and all had 30+ ACT, 3.75+ GPA, and all rejected. Michigan is really tough to get in to as an out-of-stater, and your stats don’t really align with their average.
