I just started CC (one of the best in the country fortunately; already taking courses in 200s and 180s levels), and I really can't wait to transfer. I don't like CC, I feel lonely there, and like I don't belong. I really hope to transfer to a good school ASAP.
So here are some stats:

HS GPA: 3.5 (dropped a little by my senior year), WGPA 4.1
Expecting CC GPA to be 3.6-4.0 (I'm doing really well this year).
Skipped a level of French, and did a chemistry Internship my senior year, as well as a lot of science courses.
SATs: CR 550 M 610 ( I know..)
ACTS: 24 (Engilsh 27, Math 28, Science 23, Reading 16 (completely lost track of time there), and Essay 10)
SAT II: Chemistry 770, Hebrew 800.
APs Chemistry 5, Environmental Science 4, English 2 (Was pushed to do it even though I wasn't ready, but I can't really blame anyone but myself)
ECs: Red Cross Club, French Honor Society, International Night Committee, Science Scholars Member, Israeli Scouts counselor ( 3 years, held highest position possible), Chemistry club, and American Red Cross, School's Health Organization.
Recieved awards for community service (over 260 hours), Leadership in community award, and certificate of excellence in my global science program.

So because my SAT/ ACT are really low, I was considering retaking either of them, get a better score, and transfer as a sophomore, not retake them at all and try to transfer (would be harder), or stick it out for one more year in CC and transfer as a junior (really don't like this idea but must mention it as a possibility.)

The schools I will try apply to are Gtown, GW, Brandeis, NYU, and maybe Columbia (really not sure about that one).
Will also apply to UMD where I am guaranteed a spot (that would be my last choice), and another school that area.

I know this is a lot but I would really appreciate your response, thanks in advance.
