Chances after being deferred ED?

<p>I applied to BU COM in mid december and was deferred. Soon after I sent in a letter of continued interest and submitted my seventh semester grades.
Stats:
26-ACT
88.81-GPA weighted
2 Sport varsity athlete
Many volunteer hours
Attend Tough Private School
Taking 2 honors and an AP class this year (first hnrs/ap courses I’ve ever taken)
White Male</p>

<p>BU is my number one school and I’d be crushed if I didn’t get in. Does it help that I applied ED? Any help/insights would be great. I know it’s a big reach…</p>

<p>Think it all will depend on how competitive regular decision applicant pool is. </p>

<p>You should do all you can to let them know you are still interested even at this stage of the game. Another letter would not hurt and may help. </p>
