Chances after Being Deferred

<p>So I got deferred and I am wondering what my chances are and I also got one of those personal application things</p>

I won 2 Community service awards, 1 was from the town and the other was from a group of private schools in the state
I also won a football award</p>

<p>you have a good shot. Maybe write an email to the admissions office conveying how much you want to go to Tulane. Are you a legacy?--that might explain why you were deferred. Tulane does a lot of courtesy deferrals for legacies. I know some who was a triple legacy who was deferred. So it's not impossible. You have a good shot, though. Maybe some merit money, too.</p>

<p>no im not a legacy, but Im planning to writer something about Tulane and my visit and how much I want to go there, along with the awards I got since I applied</p>

<p>you'll be fine haha. your test scores help :). trust me...i got in with a 1680 (that was later raised to an 1860)</p>
