Chances after horrible freshman year and two good years?

Okay I messed up freshman year and got a 63 gpa because of family issues and lack of motivation. Sophomore year I got an 81, and junior year I got an 89. I plan to get a 96 for the first two semesters of senior year. So my cumulative gpa will be a 2.8. Can I still get into Rowan, Montclair, Rutgers New Brunswick, or Ramapo? I also got an 1800 on my SATS.

I think you might have a decent shot. Try raising your SAT score if you can; you’ll do a world of good for your chances at these schools if you do…

You can get into Montclair and Ramapo and its quite possible you can get into Rutgers.

I agree with karulivanil and just wanted to say good job on raising your GPA and you’ll definitely get into one of the colleges on your list. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t get the 96 because it is hard to get that kind of jump however try your hardest and do good on the essay!

Thanks for the input, what about Rowan?
