Chances again..looking for some more advice

I posted about a month ago and got some fantastic help, but I'm just posting again to see if anyone else out there can help me out.

White guy living in Pennsylvania...

Academics:

GPA - Unweighted: 2.40

Scores:

SAT I Math: 530
SAT I Critical Reading: 500
SAT I Writing: 560

Extracurriculars:

Significant Extracurriculars: FBLA
Leadership positions: student council representative (10th and 11th)
Athletic Status - list sport and your level: basketball (9th grade team, JV 11th, Varsity 12th)

Now, the main reason my grades were so horrible, mainly my 7th grade through sophomore years, was because I was diagnosed with severe depression. I had family problems, deaths in the family, etc. that I was dealing with, and I didn't do nearly as well as I wanted to. I no longer deal with the effects of the depression and look forward to getting back on honor roll in my senior year. I'll probably write about this while applying.

Without further ado, here is my list (in order of interest):

Pepperdine (should I even bother?)
Towson
Shippensburg
Monmouth
UT-Knoxville
Millersville
Penn State-Harrisburg (for a year, hopefully)

Any additional help would be fantastic, especially for Pepperdine. I just added it to my list after hearing about it and seeing pictures of it. The place looks amazing, and the location/appearance is everything I want in a school. My chances don't look great though, which sucks, but still help would be appreciated.
