<p>Sorry to repost this but i bumped it too many times for comfort before :-/ I was wondering if I could have some feedback on my chances at Yale and Columbia, or other schools with a strong arts, theater and writing program</p>

--Attended the Art Students League of new York Saturday classes (8AM-4PM) w. live model in the year of 2004-2005--studied under joseph peller
--Artwork displayed twice in gallery the student concours in ASL
--Attended the Art Student's League of New York Summer Classes (6PM-10PM every weekday for July) under Ron Sherr
--Accepted to the Tisch School of Dramatic writing for this up and coming summer (intensive and selective program)
--Duck Stamp competition winner for New York
--Artwork shown in albany exhibition</p>

<p>--Entered the Artists Magazine Student competition--results arrive in august (i don't have high hopes, but who knows)</p>

<p>All my IB exams are next year, which is so lame, and my school discontinued AP. But the one AP class (euro) I was in (and that was offered), i gotta 5</p>

<p>u have a focus (art). u need to expand upon it even more if u want such an elite institution like yale or columbia. check out the statsof the some of the accepted. good luck though.</p>

<p>With your very strong grades and cool humanities oriented EC's (relatively uncommon in chinese girls), if you did Columbia ED, you would be a very strong applicant. Just make sure to get nice SATIIs for Yale, best of luck.</p>
