chances and financial aid?

<p>Hey guys! I'm a rising senior applying to Lehigh. I'll be tentatively going in the earth and environmental science/environmental engineering direction (but I'll still be applying to the arts and sciences college). </p>

<p>I was just wondering if i had a good chance of getting in and if i would be able to get any scholarships and financial aid. I heard about some of their like honors programs and programs that give students full tuition so i was wondering if anyone could elaborate on them as well. Thanks!</p>

- i think both will be pretty solid</p>

<p>Sorry for all the questions, but I was also wondering if the fact that I dropped out of AP physics C (and that showing on my transcript) would hurt my chances in getting into college in general. I'm still taking physics next year to redeem myself but I'm afraid how bad it'll look in college. thanks</p>

<p>You have a great chance of admittance. Visit and show interest. </p>

<p>Lehigh meets a lot of your demonstrated financial need. I am not sure about the scholarships.</p>

<p>As far as dropping a class, I can’t imagine it would hurt your chances based on your class rank, grades, ec’s, etc. However, if there was a specific reason, maybe your guidance counselor could mention it in his recommendation.</p>

<p>You’ll do great- my son had essentially your curriculum with a shade lower scores and is starting next week. I agree with showing a lot of interest; visit campus, go to local Lehigh presentations, etc. Good luck.</p>

<p>Do you guys think I could get into the IDEAS honors program? The environmental majors/minors at Lehigh are between the college of Arts and Sciences and Engineering so I was wondering if you think i have a shot.</p>
