Chances and Improvements?

Hi everyone,
I'm an Asian Female going to a magnet school

I'm thinking of just submitting my ACT scores and perhaps taking another SAT II (Bio)

AP/IB:
AP Chem, and AP Calc BC in junior year (which I'm still waiting for my scores)
AP Bio, AP Physics C and also AP+ math course for senior year
IB World Literature and IB French HL

Awards/Honors:
HOSA Medical Math: 3rd regionals, 1st state and top 10 in nationals
Academic Decathlon: a bronze, a silver, and 4 honorable mentions in regionals and one silver in state
State Science Fair: 4th place in my category and also an internship

Extracurricular:

Columbia Science Honors Programs since junior year
Treasurer of two clubs
Chairing for a model UN conferences next year, was also involved in model UN since freshman year
Been involved in choir and piano since 4th grade,
also knows how to play the guzheng
Volunteered at a school for disabled children one summer
Interned at Columbia university for 3 summers (two was paid internship)
Will be interning at another medical center this year

I want to apply for Stanford, Columbia, Brown (hopefully PLME), Wash U at St. Louis, and maybe Princeton/MIT/Yale probably majoring in biology
So I was just wondering if there's anything that I can improve or if I should search for more safety schools? (Please be brutal)

Thanks for all your help!

Sorry for asking, but how in the world could you fit in all those internships into your summers? What were your internships/research experiences about?

I had an internship for every single summer, so that’s three summers
and another one for senior year
and all my internships are in the medical/biology field

Well I think you have good chances. Of course, every school you’re applying to is a reach/stretch, Wash-U the least of them, and PLME the most. Even with your stats of a perfect ACT, there are no guarantees by any means. Good luck.
