<p>Overall, how is WPI seen by most people (good school, high rep etc)?</p>

<p>Also, what would my chances of acceptance be:</p>

<p>Academic GPA: 3.6/3.7</p>

<p>Mostly A-/B+ from a highly ranked high school (Darien High School).
Took AP Bio, AP Stat and AP Comp Sci
SAT: Around 1750
No need for financial aid</p>

<p>EC's:</p>

<p>4 years of year round swimming (HS/YMCA)
6 Years of community service at Red Cross / Local Library
Member of Support our Soldiers Club (3 years)
Designed websites for various school clubs / local library</p>

<p>Chances sound reasonable. WPI is an excellent school and graduates have tremendous success with post-graduate employment.</p>

<p>PS We moved from Darien 4 years ago, after having lived there for 18 1/2 years. S just finished his freshman year at WPI.</p>
