I have a few but solid extra curriculars( P2P - Student Ambassador, Ran a Sports Equiptment Drive, Special Olympics Vol., Big Brother Coach to for Little League Baseball )</p>

<p>I have a GREAT letter of rec from my counselor and I think my essay is good(I worked on it over the summer with 4 teachers) </p>

<p>HUGE upward trend w/ GPA </p>

<p>I also go to a SUPER Competitive high school, One of the top public schools in the state</p>

<p>No to Amherst and Penn State. A 28 ACT is pretty low for Penn. For Bloomington, I really dunno. I'd say you've got a good shot there.</p>
