Chances Anywhere

I'm a 16-year old Chinese male living in Irvine. I was wondering what my chances would be at any college and tips on what colleges I should aim for. I suffered a slightly disastrous freshman yr cuz my middle school ill prepared me for h.s.

I perform for numerous multicultural events around the community and i also played at the mayor's council meeting.

I have no clue what colleges I should aim for, but my major will prbly be med or music (or both).

John Hopkins University has a great pre-med program. I heard Rice University does too.

Disaster?? Where? OH you mean the 3.7UW?? LOL THAT IS A DISASTER!! I THOUGHT MY 2.x FRESHMAN YEAR WAS BAD!!

-_- An unweighted A- average won't hurt you that bad, especially freshman year. (I hate when topics don't fit the post)
Your freshman year can be called "Above-average" at the worst.

as i see u now, ur fairly competitive.

mind if i give some advice? if u want to do both med and music, may i suggest either go pre-med and music major or pre-med with some major and a music minor?

i had the same dilemma myself, but i eventually came to this conclusion: they will let the doctor play the piano, but they won't let the pianist do surgery.

Haha what do you do in basketball class? Is it like gym or basketball history and theory?

oh it's just PE, just more specific as to what you do in that class

CollegeHereI_Come: i was just thinking about doing med as a major and music as a minor. i agree that would be a good idea

bump............

bumppppppppppppppppppp please help!
