What are my chances in the following colleges.

UNC
Duke (Pratt/Engineering)
NC State (engineering)
Wake Forest (engineering
Elon
UNCW

Thanks guys!

UNC: Good chances
Duke: Reach

Although you have a good upward trend, and your CC GPA is very high, I would still say that getting into Duke is tough as a transfer. I mean getting in as a regular applicant is hard enough, but getting in as a transfer is even harder. Many applicants such as yourself will be applying to Duke. What sets you apart? You have to think about this question when writing your essays.

with a 3.9 GPA, your chances for UNC are guaranteed. Wake Forest and Duke however have a really low acceptance rate.

Wake Forest:
325 applicants
83 accepted

Duke:
479 applicants
25 accepted

However, regardless of the low acceptance rates for both schools, I think you have a great chance of getting in because of your GPA and the courses you’ve completed. I’d be surprised if you get denied.
