Chances as an international student needing financial aid at Swarthmore?

i am from Nepal and am planning to apply to swarthmore ED. my GPA, on a scale of 4, would be around 3.8 i think. i gave my CIE A level exams and got the following grades:
Physics- A
Math- A* (* indicating that my marks felt in the 90th percentile or above it)
Chemistry- A*
Biology- A
GP(english, which was a one year subject only)- b

I gave my SAT last year and got scores not good enough for swarthmore. However, i was sick then, had 104 defrees F) fever and will be giving my SAT again
my predicted scores are:
CR- 660
Writing- 720
Math- 740

i will also be giving SAT II tests of Math II, physics and chem
my school personally asked me to teach a student so right now i am giving him private tutoring in Physics, Chem and Math

my volunteering activities includes a weekly visit to a children's arts program. i will be doing that for 3 months.

i took part in organizing and taking part in quiz and spelling competitions. i also organized a trip for the bio students once.

will this much be enough for Swarthmore or are my chances low? i also require financial aid so that could be a factor as well.

right now, a student from stanford is acting as a guidance counsellor in my school and she thinks that i should apply to schools like swarthmore and stanford!! she has also approved of my essay topic and the ideas i presented to her.
so any more help would be really appreciated!!

Are you sure you will be applying to swarthmore coz’ I am doing it as well. Ironically, I am from Nepal… I couldn’t think of any colleges other than swarthmore…maybe, I have followed my passion, and I hope this is what counts most to such colleges. Good luck

lol, i have seen u on the ‘class of nepal 2015’ thread. yeah i’ll apply. even i was unsure because i knew a lot of nepalese will be applying to that college but we have to compete with so many students u know in the international front. so i thought why not even though i see that my chances are less. plus there’s also RD so no worries.

First of all,I don’t underestimate people when I ask for clarity. Second, BRAVO! u have got really good grades so go for it. And at last, I hope u dun wanna mess up the personal statement. All the best :)

how did the underestimation and clarity thing come up now?

I thought I misunderstood what u said…or watevr!
