<p>Univesity of Pennsylvania is pretty hard to get in RD, but easier to get in ED.
So my first Suggestion apply ED.
Next bring the SAT score to 2200+ so you can become competitive.
And Lastly bulk your EC's, start working on that essay, and get as many recommendation letters from your teachers and from volunteer organization's you've worked at.</p>
