Lehigh (RD)

I will chance back! Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don’t think it’s worth it for you to apply to Yale. You’ll just be wasting your $$$

You need to get your SATs way up for most of those schools and don’t apply to yale.

Unless your SAT score increases significantly you should send your ACT to schools.

Elon - Match
Richmond - High Match/Low Reach
U of Miami - Low Reach
F&M - Match
Bucknell - Match
Lehigh - Low Reach
Syracuse - IDK
Maryland - Match
Yale - High Reach
U of Miami OH - Safety/Low Match
Indiana - Match
Penn State - Match
Clemson - Match

The last three I don’t know much about. Chance back?

First of all don’t even submit your SAT unless you break 2000 a 30 on your ACT looks so much better.

UMiami FL (EA): If you ED you’ll have better chances but kinda low reach
F&M (RD): You’re good
Bucknell (RD): You’re good
Lehigh (RD): Reach
Syracuse (RD): 100% in
Maryland (EA): Match
Yale (RD): Application is probably a waste, the pull you have only comes into play if you’re competitive to begin with or a little under that.
Miami OH (EA): You’re good
Indiana (RD): You’re in
Penn State (RD): You’re good
Clemson (RD): You’re good
Georgia (RD): You’re good
UConn (RD): You’re good
Charleston (EA): You’re good

If I were you I would switch up the list a little bit and throw some other schools on there to consider. A lot of the schools you have down are easy acceptances for you. Try applying to some of these schools. Keep in mind I don’t know your type of personality or the kind of school you’re looking for.

University of Delaware
Tulane
UC Santa Barbra
University of Wisconsin (low reach)
University of Texas at Austin (low reach)
University of Pittsburgh
Boston University (low reach)
Northeastern University
University of Florida (reach)

these are just some ideas, but it’s good to put a little more reaches in the place of some of those schools like UConn, Cuse, Clemson, or Indiana.

oh and chance back if you have a chance lol

Your SAT is low but your ACT makes up for it

Bump.

I don’t really know much about these schools, but I wanted to advise you about your testing. A 30 ACT equals about a 2000 SAT. I would spend your time concentrating on the ACT and take that again and aim to improve by a point or two!

Elon - Match
Richmond - High Match/Low Reach

Penn State - Low Match
Clemson - Safety

I’m just going to provide constructive criticism to help for Yale. Everything else seems to be a low reach/match/safety. Your UW GPA and WGPA are low in Yale standards. Also as one CC mentioned it would be beneficial to focus on the ACT over the summer and try to bump up your score a couple points. You’d have a MUCH better chance of getting into Yale if you applied SECA because of your low GPA’s. Yes you’re taking difficult classes but the people at Yale are pulling off higher grades. You’re triple legacy definitely helps and so does your family being part of the admission board. Unless you’re legacy or family can really boost your chances of getting in (rich donors or the like) your $ and time spent applying to Yale is pointless.
