What are my chances for
Any UC Colleges.... I would really like to get into UCSD

Berkeley/UCLA reach:
UCSD: slight reach
UCSB/UCD/UCI: match
UCR/UCM/UCSC: safety

Your GPA's a little low. =( Your SAT's I'm sure you can improve easily, but work hard on your GPA! and I think you'll have a shot as UCSD. If you don't get in, don't sweat it -- Davis and Irvine are still very good.

Just pray that UC admissions next year won't be as surprising as they were this year.

As others have said you've got a good shot at getting into most of the UC's. However, I've seen some very surprising rejections this year so don't get your hopes up about any of them.
