The things you listed to this point look great. I get the impression you're a junior right now?

no, i'm a senior

Ah, so you're in those AP classes and just haven't taken the tests yet? The "planning on" phrase threw me off.

haha, yeah...i'm gonna take those tests this next may

Sounds good. Where else did you apply?

umich, msu, usc, case western, harvard, princeton, stanford

Well good luck. If you have any specific questions about the Academy, feel free to ask!

thank you, UNcynical

what about your cfa scores?

harvard...ahaha did you like it there? personally, i didnt like it one bit, the campus was blech adn nothing felt ...right there, you know? i feel the same way about princeton

umich is GREAT applied there too, but i'm probably going either afa or usna~

"harvard...ahaha did you like it there? personally, i didnt like it one bit, the campus was blech adn nothing felt ...right there, you know? i feel the same way about princeton"

Some places you just know you dont want to go to while others you KNOW it feels right, like when i visited the air force academy for the first time.

i didn't actually apply to the air force academy...now i wish i did. I was a little mislead about what the academy looks for in its applicants. Now it's a little too late. But yeah, I don't know what CFA is. I really want to be a doctor, so technically the ivies don't matter much to me. I'll most probably go where the scholarships are. I haven't visited harvard, but i have been to stanford. It's paradise.

if your not applying to USAFA why did you post on this board, and why would you want to know your chances? I'm lost.

u see, i was very interested in serving as a medic in the air force initially

If you missed applying this year, there's always the next, if you want this bad enough. Besides that, there are always other options to becoming an Air Force medic. You can go to school with ROTC (you missed the application deadline for the 4-yr scholarship, but there are 2 and 3-yr scholarships as well) and graduateand be commissioned, or you can get your degree and then apply for OCS.
