I'm a URM(african-american), first generation, and that's me :) I really want to go to a top college, but I just don't know which I would qualify for.

Try some of the LACs that don't require an ACT or SAT score, that is REALLY going to hold you back. Other than that your app looks decent, try to raise the GPA a little maybe.

maybe try the sats?! idk...but you could get into alot of the less competive schools...if you could somehow get your score up you could get into a great school!

Are you planning to major in music? Your ECs are very heavy music. If you are planning to major in music, your audition will carry a lot of weight in the application process. If not, you might want to look at schools where you can use your music playing skills too. If you play an instrument that is needed (e.g. tuba) this might help also. I notice your screen name has "trumpet" in it. That is not an instrument of "need" at most places. Still, you may want to contact the music departments also at the colleges. I will stick my neck out and say that your current stats would be fine for many schools, but not the top 50 in my opinion...largely based on your lower ACT score and that your ECs are music only (unless you are majoring in music which would make this a nice asset).
