Chances at Baylor?

Hello all,

I applied to Baylor University with the early action option, I even got a "select" application option, where there was no fee, and I could skip the two responses and resume, but i decided to fill out every single recommended portion of the app, including the 2 responses, resume, 2 letters of rec. I have visited Baylor and spent a good time in Baylor and I can say that i really like it there, they've reached out to me a couple times over the phone and sent me hand written birthday cards, but im guessing that its just normal treatment. I don't feel my chances are very great since I have:

2.88 Total GPA (Weighted) 2.76 (non)
scored a 1650 on my SAT (super score was 1080)
and have only been part of an exchange program with a school in Germany, and have 4 years of a sport as my EC.
I also mentioned that i speak 3 languages but i don't know if thats really that impressive.

I was just wondering what my chances were, Im hispanic and ive heard that helps, i was born in Brazil and moved here at a young age, would they consider that? I currently live in California and i see Sac State as my best option but Baylor is really my dream school. I just want to know what everyone else thinks.

*I am aware that many schools encourage a person to apply just so they can deny more people and thus, look more selective.

Thanks!
