Chances at BC, BU, and others!

<p>Ok, I just want to let everyone know....for my first two years I attended a public school and latter two years I attended a highly competitive private school. I will present information separately of the two schools with a noticeable division on the page.</p>

<p>Overall Stats:
All standardized tests are in one sitting.</p>

<p>SAT: 1850 so far (600 CR, 650 M, 600 W) *planning to retake</p>

<p>ACT: 28 so far (27 E, 33 M, 24 R , 27 S) </p>

<p>Super scored: SAT: 1880, ACT: 29 (E: 30, M: 33, R:24, S:28)</p>

<p>Subject tests: Math II: 710
AP Test: Biology - 4

140+ hours at local hospitals in the ER
50+ hours at the recycling center
Helped with Pennies for Patients which was a fundraiser for leukemia
Helped with the blood drive at both schools
Helped with two benefit concerts which fundraised money for two local cancer patients
Tutored kids who had below C's in Algebra II or lower</p>

<p>Total of about 330 hours of volunteer work</p>

<p>Work Experience:
I work as a manager at my dad's hotel. I keep track of finances, employment, and anything else that he needs for me to do and I have over 6,000 hours logged and I get paid. I understand that this is owned by my dad but I work just like any other employee.</p>

<p>Your SAT is a little low, but you GPA should get you in.
BU is a match, as is BC (MAYBE a low reach, but not by much). The only college I see you having a problem getting into is Wash U</p>

<p>thanks for your comment…yeah i understand my sat is low…i plan on retaking the act in dec and hopefully getting 30+…then I also am applying RD to BC, BU, Villanova, NYU, WASHU because I hear it is a LITTLE less competitive than EA/ED…anyways thanks</p>
