lookin for some honest feedback and suggestions for improvement, thanks alot

Because your GPA is good, you should focus on bringing up your test scores. Otherwise, colleges may think your school grades a little too generously. For example, if you gave high grades in the ap courses for which you scores 3's on the exam, it reflects poorly on the course difficulty. Invest some time (and a little $) into serious test prep so that your high gpa can be given it's full weight. Your EC's look great though, seems like some good depth and breadth, and jobs always look good.

anyone else got some feedback

Fix your test scores. Your grades have red flags going up everywhere. How can you have a 95 average, yet not get ONE 5 on an AP test and not perform very well on the SAT or SAT IIs for that matter? They may not take your grades seriously, and that could really hurt your chances. Bring up those test scores or nail that ACT with a 31 +
