Your ECs look pretty good but obviously, for any high calibre schools, SATs and GPAs take precedence not to mention most candidates tend to have decorative array of ECs.
Unless your high school is ultra competitive (and nothing much you can do now), but your GPA is in the lower range compared to 75% of BC students who graduated in top 10% of their class. And your SATs are by no means low scores, but I would recommend re-taking them and try to increase your verbal and math scores but it's really your decision if you want to focus on SAT I or SAT II. Not to dishearten you but there is a rumor (which in my opinion is pretty accurate) about BC weighing writing section lower than the verbal and math sections. Speaking from person who was accepted by BC last year, I had a dismally low 620 in writing but SAT I combined mid 1400s so that's just my personal 2 cents.
Also in my opinion, my school did offer more APs than you did, but I opted to self-study for some courses which were not offered by my school, got good grades back and I think that reflected pretty well by the BC admission board. BC has a very nice AP policy and you may even accelerate a year if you bag enuogh AP credits, so that may as well go into your senior year considerations.
Hope it helps and best of luck to you.
