Chances at being accepted to transfer at any of these SUNYs?

<p>I applied to transfer to SUNY Albany, Binghamton, and New Paltz.
I am in my second semester of classes a Buffalo State College.
My GPA for my first semester was a 3.93, and I made the dean's list.
I also had to submit my high school transcript, where my GPA was much lower (around an 83/100) and my SAT scores were: Math 590, Reading 660, and Writing 650.
I am continuing doing well this semester.
Do I have a decent chance at any of these schools?
